Taking a stroll in the Old Town of Vieste. Recently redecorated with flowers and plants, the Old Town of Vieste tells the history of this medieval little rocky village. As people call it here, “Vieste Vecchia” lays on a cliff above the sea, above a beach called "Castle’s beach" and leading to the location of “Marina Piccola”.
The medieval village has been restored all over the years but it has kept alla its original features: the typical alleys, small squares and panoramic view spots overlooking the sea, terraced houses with small balconies and joined above the streets by distinctive archways. During the summer the Old Town is filled with bazars and shops that sell local craft work and souvenirs, as well as bars and restaurants where local food is served
